I initially was worried about delivery of my watch I thought it would take about a week. I called customer service to get a delivery day. The explanation given satisfied my concerns. Easy shopping! Contacting customer service was an awful experience. Never could talk to a live person. Only was able to send an email and still never got an email response back. Just all of a sudden an update that my order had shipped. After I received my order the watch wasn't even in the proper case. The case wouldn't close and it would not work. It wasn't until we took the watch to be fitted and they had to flip the battery in the watch.

I received my watches in record time, but the model SCO439 was received broken (the hour hand is not attached rendering the watch unusable). If you could send me a return label I will retun it so it can be repaired or replaced. Thankyou.

I was trying to contact CS and never got answer, only recording even after 25 min wait. Watch arrived in broken box. There is a thin film on the black part of watch band which is impossible to remove! It look like damaged band! Not very happy, although I like the watch!
