I originally ordered my Model ******* on June 25,2020, order #******* for $100.00. On June 30 I emailed Invicta to request an upgrade to Model ******* at $158.00. On July 3 I received an email from Invicta saying I could not modify an order once placed or I could cancel my original order. That same day I sent an email to Invicta caceling my original order. I never heard back acknowledging my cancellation. I did not receive my original order watch until 2 weeks later. As a customer it makes no sense for a company to turn down a $158.00 for a $100.00 order when the product has not shipped.
I received my order but it was defective. I contacted Invicta and the only response I got was a copy of the return policy. I had paid $12.99 for initial shipping then $10.90 to ship it back. I really resent the fact that it cost me $23.89 to buy and return a defective product. Invicta should have at least given me a credit for the initial shipping.

Between the time I ordered the two watches and recieved then the price droped from the 118.00 to 88.00 I called customer service and was told it was too late to get aprice reduction on the watches, which deminished my unboxing experience.
