Beautiful watches of great quality. Shipped and received within 2 weeks of ordering.
There were a few hiccups but I'm the end I got the things I ordered and my email was responded to.
I never received a confirmation email. I called the customer service number numerous times and was never able to get through to a representative. I had to sent at least 3 emails with the last ones requesting a refund before I finally received the watch that I ordered. I opted to order an Invicta watch from the company because I expected to have any problems with my order but I regret that decision. I will never order from Invicta again.
