The item I received was great, but it took Two weeks to get to me. When I order through ShopHQ I receive the items within days (less than a week). I know we are under a Pandemic situation and logistics might be off, but I'm sure they can do better.
I actually placed another order a week and a half ago for a special occasion. But knowing what I had went through, This time a paid for 2 Day delivery ($29 more for this service), and its yet to ship! Is this possible? It's unacceptable.

It takes to long to get my watch
When I did not receive part of my order I contacted customer service. I was told the item was not shipped but would be in a couple of days. I assumed it was on back order or something. The item came in the mail the next day. While I was glad my item finally came even though it was very late, I had to wonder how the rep could look at the order on the computer and say it had not shipped and it gets to me the next day? Just seemed as if Invicta did not have their best foot forward on this entire order. How about a communication letting me know the item was delayed? How about an email letting me know it had been shipped so I was not just in "Limbo" How about knowing what you are talking about when you discuss a matter with a customer? I have ordered several items from Invictastore.com and never had these problems before. Hope you all do better next time, If there is a next time. Found out recently Amazon carries Invicta watches also.
It took a while for my items to be shipped out but overall it was a good experience. Once it was shipped, the delivery was fast and the products was well packaged.
