I have made numerous attempts to contact you in regards to a bracelet i received for imperious man of war model 1048. I was making an inquiry on the links that connect the bracelet to the case(largest links) which i would think are to be included with the bracelet. Those is the actual pieces i require.
I would appreciate if you can forward those 2 pieces to me as soon as possible

So excited to buy the Mickey mouse invictas watches and they were on sale was a bonus
I do love the watches that I ordered and received. They are what I expected and work very well. However, I was unhappy with the lack of communication that I got while I was waiting for my order. I was notified within a week or so to the first watch being shipped and given shipping information. It took almost 3 weeks for my second watch to come in. I ended up not getting shipping information on it - and when I did contact Invicta about my concerns getting my second watch I never received any response. I would have understood if they explained they were back logged - especially with the pandemic have large reaching market effects that still have not resolved in many industries. I just wish that they would have communicated more openly with me or responded to my inquiries.
