Great watch, hands could be bigger, a little hard to see
Have ordered directly for Invicta in the past and things seemed much quicker from order processing and shipping. Covid understanding, just seemed like a much bigger drop off but still happy with my watch once it finally arrived.
Delivery time is inappropriate. Waiting for watch must be improved immediately. It's inappropriate that a customer waits from 2 to 3 weeks or even more to receive the item, but worst of all is when you have waited over three weeks, then they tell you the watch is not in stock any longer and they will be refunding your purchases. That means they are not removing watch from list when watch has been out of stock. Invicta is doing a disservice to customer who in good faith have ordered their watch on time weeks before.

My order just was delivered. I did not receive an email saying that my order was shipped. I looked at my order history in my account and nothing was there. I just purchased another watch and it is not in my order history. And I haven't heard anything about it.
