I was unable to send the item as a gift since the option was not available on the sight. I also ordered the gift with 2 day shipping. I placed the order on 30 June 2020, and attempted to contact customer service for approximately 6 days waiting on hold for up to 3 hrs at one point on separate occasions no body ever answered. I eventually sent an on 6 July and did not receive a response until 8 jul stating it had been shipping and would arrive on 10 Jul; the tracking number was invalids. I followed up on 9 jul, and never received an response to that request. But I receive A system generated email telling me my item was being prepared for shipment. The orders was not received until 13 Jul 2020, despite requesting and paying for expedited shipping.
It too bad that I sent an message over a month a go and now is when I get automated email not even from a person. Your company customer service experience is the worst I have encounter in recent memory. I will not be ordering from your company ever again.
Great product and prices. Company needs to work on CONSOLIDATION, PACKAGE/PRODUCT SHIPPING SECURITY AND DELIVERY time/length. I paid for the speedy delivery but received (1st watch) it 12 business days later. (12 business days = 16 calendar days).then the other watch came about 15 business days later. And PACKAGING DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE MORE SECURE. Ordered two watches, both boxes just had 1 strip of shipping tape to secure closure. One box had a 4-6 in "lip/sidewall" you could see product/purchase inside from outside the shipping box. Invicta didn't notify you of any of these possibilities until receiving invoice. All was a inconvenience. Ordered multiple watches, wasn't told until later also that product delay could happen if products are being shipped from different locations... Because of the"CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC" I ACCEPTED overall "customer service experience". I AM GOING TO BUY MORE. BUT. IF PAYED FOR, SPEEDY DELIVERY. Delivery needs to be shorter than 15 business days and definitely consolidated... THAT'S MY ONLY COMPLAINT!

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
