Was very very disappointed that a previously purchased watch Broke and was claimed to be unrepairable by Invicta. The watch was purchased on a cruise and is only 2 years old. I felt that Invicta should have replaced the watch but that option was never offered.

The delivery of the order took a very long time.
Shopping was fine on the site. Tried to call to ask about a particular watch; way, way, way to long to wait. Without any embellishment the 30 minute wait was just seriously starting to tick me off. I don't care what's going on in the country or the business. There is simply "NO EXCUSE" to keep a customer waiting that long and that customer still place an order
