I ordered a watch set. The bracelet unfortunately came broken so I called customer service. The rep I spoke to was excellent! My issue was immediately resolved and my bracelet was replaced at no additional cost to me. Not even shipping. Truly a stellar customer service experience. I will definitely continue to order.

I love your website I love the collections what can I say I don't lots of your watches and will keep purchasing years and years from now I also give them as gifts
I ordered three items but only recieved one. The other two orders were cancelled and refunded after nearly a month. Essentially, I gave Invicta Stores an interest free short term loan of several hundred dollars. I realize that there are challenges associated with the current situation with COVID, but even considering that, keeping my money for that length of time with no communication leaves something to be desired.
I loved the product. One small problem was a small chipping on the crystal of the day date counter. Other than that, great product!

Didn't have a problem getting my order but what a nightmare if you need to do a return! Customer Service is almost nonexistent You definitely can't reach anyone by phone (on hold for 2 hours) Sent about 5 emails before I was approved for the return and given a return label. Got delivery confirmation from Federal Express that they received my return over 2 weeks ago! But I haven't gotten my refund. Policy says they will refund your money 3-5 days after receiving the return. It's been 14 days! I have emailed them every day and they do not answer back. They send me their advertisements everyday to my email but don't answer concerns. They are quick to take your money for payment but don't want to give you money back when they they get the item returned. It looks like I am going to have to file a claim with my bank if I don't get a refund soon!
