I never received a tracking number. The on hold wait time to speak to representative is unsatisfactory. Less than 2 weeks after I received my watch, the same watch appeared in your email blasts for $50 less, but your company policy is not to simply refund $50 on the credit card used, but it is necessary to return the original purchase, buy a new one for $50 less & then wait for a credit from the original purchase. I hope to never purchase another Invicta watch.
