There is usually no one to talk to concerning your order. It's like I hope that I get my watch; there were a couple of times that I didn't receive my watch. They did refund my money but never told me the reason why I didn't get it. I know we are experiencing covid 19 delivery and shipping problems, however a phone call on the reason why this or that happened would be nice.
