I have a complain and until now I did not get response. My complain was about theI 2 technomarine watches because I received the wrong boxes for the 2 technomarine watches. I have requested to send me the correct boxes. I am a reseller and I really need these boxes. Please I'm waiting for the technomarine boxes.

I ordered a watch and have not received it. This is becoming a problem. This is so unprofessional to me because I really enjoy haveing Invicta watches but for my pass 4 watches that I ordered they all have come late. Customer Service takes so long to answer you back. I'm still waiting on a watch now.

I am very pleased with your product but your customer service and delivery process leaves a lot to be desired. Trying to contact on the phone is virtually impossible I tried several times to contact by phone once was on hold for over 2 hours try it again at 9 in the morning when you opened and still had a 45 minute wait. I will never order another product through Invicta stores.

The watch was used when I bought it. It came as is, but coming from Invicta, I thought it would be fully functional. Only the time worked, not the other functions.
