This was my first time purchasing from invicta stores on line. I had placed an order for three time pieces the first watch which was the one that I had gone to the site specifically to purchase was the on I had to wait the longest in. The other two that I ordered I received within a week after ordering which I was very pleased with. However, the one that I most desired ended up taking a whole month to be fulfilled and I honestly had no idea I it would take that long. Customer service was mediocre at best because they could offer no satisfactory explanation for the delay. I would have been satisfied with being told it's in back order or that some models take longer based on demand.
I did find comfort in knowing that my experience was not exclusive to me but that others had experienced long wait times as well. But, I do love the watches and they and the site is fun to explore. I love searching for something to catch my eye and finding that special one at the right price!
I love this brand & all the amazing deals they offer daily! I've made over 15 orders and each one has included exactly what I purchased, well packaged but delivery is a bit slow.

Too many to choose from. I find myself going back and back again to your website. I am amazed at the quality of the watches (I have five now) for such reasonable prices. I bought my first Invicta watch in a department store, and it is still my favorite. But shopping online is so much more convenient, and I appreciate that I only get the 'occasional' advert rather than being inundated with numerous emails like other vendors. So, when I get an email from Invicta, I have to open it and see what's new as opposed to deleting them like everyone else. Thank you for the high-quality service and watches.

I have bought over 30 watches from Invicta and have been very happy with every purchase especially my Rose Gold Invicta Gladiator. My only issue is the amount of time it takes for shipping, in some cases it has taken almost a month.

When I visited the actual Invicta site there was so much more to look and choose from and when I found one I wanted to purchase, Invicta excepted my Amazon card for payment. I ordered the watch and then waited a month for it to arrive. The watch was advertized as in stock and ready to ship. I tried contacting customer service many times to find out why it never arrived at my home with negative results. Beautiful watch but really poor customer service.
