First. I like the watches very much. Tried to purchase one and website said "in stock". Turned out it was sold out. Second choice said "in stock" and I waited for a restock before it came. Popular product but perhaps a bit better inventory management for the website.
I love invicta watches never had a problem. Every time i open the package and see the watch i feel that i under paid for the watch.

Fast and Easy process
I wore watch 1 day, the next day it stopped. Thought it needed battery but when I was about to take to jeweler I found instructions tucked into top of lid. Read and learned what automatic meant! I never had one before. So all is ok.
Wish you had inches in addition to mm.

The only drawback for me was the clearly noted shipping time being stated as 1-4 days (business days) but I had not received a shipping confirmation after the sixth business day which is what I contacted customer service about. I received a prompt but standard response saying every effort was being employed to fill my order. I would have been fine with a notation of 1-7 business days.

I was pleased with the website and the product. I was very unhappy with the delivery time because I was under the initial impression that I would get my watch two days after I ordered it which I paid for. Instead was after it was processed which took two plus weeks.
