Great Deal...customer service wasn't responsive they took my money quick gave me my order number.then never heard from them for 2 weeks about my delivery I emailed them they responded by asking for my order number never got back to me.then I got a random email from Fedx about my package.I don't want to hear Covid 19 excuses when your taking my money

It took way to long to receive my watch. I even ordered a watch with 2 day shipping & had to call customer service. They refunded the extra money for express shipping & it took 10 days to get the watch? In my opinion that is BAD customer service for taking 10 days when an item is ordered express. What's the purpose of having express shipping if you can't meet a simple time line?
