Shipping times improved from my last order. The company could do a lot of infrastructure work to minimize shipping times. It's not terrible but could be drastically improved. Even if the shipping is longer, some form of communication to let you know that you didn't just get scammed would be appreciated. It seems like you hang in the balance forever to hear from them on your products. Tracking numbers never work either.
The process to fix my watch took too long. The website 'IWrepair'. Was difficult to maneuver, making it difficult to communicate with people fixing my watch. Even with e-mails, it was difficult to communicate with them.
