Love Invicta and absolutely love love love my watch!
TRIED TO SPEAK TO A PERSON; CALLED SEVERAL SUGGESTED NUMBERS AND USED SEVERAL MENUS--NO SUCCESS. WAS TOLD BY REP FROM CALIFORNIA LOCATION THAT TIMES SQUARE STORE, NYC, WAS OPEN.
HOURS SHOWN ON WEBSITE INDICATED IT WAS OPEN. DROVE IN, PAID PARKING, WENT TO STORE--CLOSED! WE ARE IN NEW JERSEY; VERY COSTLY AND FRUSTRATING.
The shopping experience was easy and the prices are great. Overall very satisfied. Please assist if possible I place another order on 8/2/20 #******* have not received it yet or any correspondence. Please advise if you can assist.

I've purchased from Invictastores.com several times before without any issue. However, this transaction took almost a month to complete. I'm aware that we're in the middle of COVID so I gave this some time before contacting customer service. After 3 weeks, I had to contact customer service several times. Once via email and once via the web portal. I received shipping notification after the second query. Additionally, the watch I ordered was further discounted to $98 while I waited. Would have been nice to have been refunded the difference as I could have cancelled and re-ordered at the lower price.
I paid for 2 day shipping-$39. Item took over 2 weeks to be delivered. I have requested a refund for the 2-day shipping that I paid and no one has addressed this.
Unable to connect with costumer service via phone. Numerous attempts made.
