Good easy steps to follow
Trying to get answers on where the watch was, was pathetic at best. I understand a pandemic and all, however you could do a much better job in having anwers as to when a product will ship. The product showed up 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered it and came 2nd day air at the point because of all the issues. This was my 1st purchase through Invicta and my last due to poor customer service.
The time taken to fulfill and execute the order is a long time.

First of all from the time I placed my order and paid for it, it took nine days to process and finally shipped my order only after I inquired via email with customer service. You can't blame COVID ON EVERYTHING AND YOU AS A COMPANY HAVE TO DO BETTER TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE'S TIME PIECES ARE SHIPPED IN A TIMELY MANNER. And you need to send out emails to customers to communicate with them that there's a problem. If the customer has to initiate the contact, that's problem number one.
The shipment was longer then expected or what the website said it would take, other then that everything is great.

You are a 5 star in every category except for delivery! I placed an order for two (2) items 8/9/2020. Today is the 8/18/2020 and have not received confirmation of the order being filled and shipped!
I paid extra for two day delivery but it took over ten days to process my order. I was highly disappointed that it took so long to receive my package.

I am super satisfied and happy with my purchases the only thing was, I thought i was buying an anchor leather wrap bracelet and I think i received a rock climbing pick leather wrap bracelet and im not sure if I did that or if you sent the wrong one i still love it so I wasn't a biggie, because the over all products, price, and quality always makes me happy and satisfied I WILL ALWAYS SHOP WITH YOU. THANKS
I little disappointed, because when i place my order one of the two watches I ordered was refunded by the concept 'out of stock ' but when I processed the payment the website was showing 4 items available and 3 weeks later i saw credited to my bank account returning the money. Never had an email informing me about it and the option to be notified once the watch could be available.
