Great product for a good value. Ordered the product 2 weeks before my husband's birthday as that should've allowed it to be delivered on time for him. It took 2 weeks to be prepared and sent for shipment instead of the expected 3-5 business days. It was a little disappointing that it came days after his birthday.
Delivery time is terrible and the website is misleading. There are delivery times in one spot and a note on the main page about possible delays. I think you should list normal delivery times and current estimated delivery with delays.
I love buying from your site prices are good. Only issue is the time it takes to receive the product. If you can speed up shipping time overall would be a great experience. But either way I thank you for the great product

I am a very loyal Invicta customer.
I've being buying/collecting your product for years, for me and my family, and I never had such a bad customer service experience like this one. I was calling for weeks, waiting on hold for more than 50 min and I had to hang up because nobody picked up the phone however, the machine didn't say we are not working, we are not answering the phone. I emailed you, I called PayPal, I was also cursing because I was missing my favorite watch with no answer and no money back. After I don't how many days, I got a simple email from you asking for my order number...
What a bad experience, very disappointed. I got my box after weeks of nightmares.
Suggestion, if you have no employees answering the phone, set up an automatic message explaining it, don't play dumb having customers on the phone waiting for nothing, show respect for your customers.
It took way too long to receive my order from the time that I ordered it.
First off it took way to long for my item to be shipped. Its taken that long befor and then was told something was out of stock. Why did it take so long to find this out? And right now i have one of your watches that the band fell off because of weak pins. And this watch that was delivered today is a Reserve piece but came in a regular box and packaging whats that about?
Perdi algunas promociones pero pude comprar los modelos que quería, ya recibí 2 faltan otros 2 aunque he investigado mucho no he podido encontrar una historia sobre el relog, habia pensado que podria escribirse una historia sobre el significado de su diseño, sobre el dragon, la serpiente etc, seria bueno ver un video sobre esto, también había pensado que seria muy bueno crear una pelicula de accion donde los protagonistas tienen una personalidad muy definida y característica, y cada uno porte uno de los modelos de la marca, donde halla, un militar, un ninja, un motociclista, un guerrero, un corredor de autos, un luchador de mma, un francotirador, donde halla algo que quien porte uno de los relojes potencie sus habilidades, seria una muy buena forma de mostrar la marca y sus significado alternando personajes como heroes que se construyen en su entorno y son victoriosos en su labor, habrían varios bandos y varios jefes etc.
