It was very easy to use. But the customer service is horrible. I have been trying to return the product and no one will let me know how to do this. There is no return label so that I can return the item. I have called many times and no one ever gets back with me.

Very happy, watch had blemishes on the luminous spots on the rotating dial, so a little unhappy about that, however after some vigorous rubbing they seemed to have mostly come clean
