El servicio de HDL no me gusto una vez hize la orden y fue procesada HDL tardo 10 dias en recogerla del wearhouse y tube q llamar 2 veses al servicio al cliente y ellos me notificaron q la orden aun HDL no la habia recogido que era mucho tiempo de espera.HDL esta tardando demasiado en recoger las ordenes del wearhouse!

It definitely took longer to receive this shipment compared with previous orders however I also understand the delays due to COVID-19. I had purchased this as a birthday gift and it arrived well after the birthday.

They opted not to ship my item until I threatened to cancel the order. The watch was nice, but their claim about being delayed by the virus is bogus. I've asked others and they've been experiencing this same situation for years. The watch was very nice, but shipping times are absurd. Don't believe their 5-7 business days.

The shopping and pricing at invicta was fine. The product shipping was the problem. They said your product would ship right away and I do understand that there is a pandemic going on, but I had to email the company and finally gotten a reply. That's when my product shipped out the next day or day after. Other than that I've had no problems and will shop with them again.
The shipping was very slow, and the watch was brand new know problems with it. Eye will be ordering more from the store. The best price on invicta watches.

I usually have to contact Invicta in regards to my orders because I do not receive emails letting me know that my items are on the way and usually when I do contact them I received them within the next few days. So it would be good if we can receive emails letting us know that are packaged or order are on the way before we call. Otherwise I am pleased with the products and the prices
