Shipping time is bit slow 5 days but shipping is also free.

I needed to contact Invicta about another one of my orders, and it took days to hear back. Within the period of 2 business days, I sent 2 emails and also left a voice message. It wasn't until Thursday of the week that I heard anything. The issue was that I ordered a watch on 6/25. In the meantime, I placed other orders. The other orders shipped and were even delivered all while I was still waiting for the watch I bought on 6/25 to finish processing and actually ship. I'm upset that I got no response when I tried to contact them for days about the order, and that it arrive now as a late birthday gift. When I finally did hear back, there was no apology for the delay or any attempt to try to make the situation right. I really liked Invicta watches, but after that and the complete lack of customer service, this will be my last purchase since I wasn't able to buy the watch anywhere else.

It took 2 weeks to arrive.It was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my husband I bought the watch expecting it around the date that it said it was going to be here. However it was a week late.

Nice case, but it was very, very dusty when I received it, & I could barely clean it off completely. There's certain crevasses that I can't even get to. Also, the order for my camouflage case was cancelled, even though the website still says that it is in stock, & I am very disappointed about that.

I love and collect Invicta Watches. I would really love it if you had a Gold Tone X-Wing with a gold tone bracelet, like the silvertone one I just purchased. This watch is one of the most beautiful in my collection. In fact I like it so much that it has become my favorite watch.

Disappointed the watch came so late it was a birthday gift and that birthday has came and gone. I guess better late then never. Besides everyone makes mistakes, However I'm always pleased with invicta products.
