It is easy to shop Invicta Stores and your sales are excellent. Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to reach customer service at Invicta Stores. I had a problem recently and the only way we were able to reach you folks was through my son's Facebook page. I don't like the fact that when I'm queued in line to wait for a representative, I'm not allowed to wait. I tried to call several times and was disconnected every time, even though a recording indicated that I only had about 5 minutes to wait. Ultimately my problem was resolved, but only because my son reached you through Facebook.

The watch was delivered fast. Thank you. However, the watch was not totally brand new. All of the plastic coating which usually sits on the top and on the back of the glass was missing (meaning someone had already removed it). In addition, the plastic coating around the band coating had also already been removed. In cases like this, customers should have been made aware as to they are receiving. Finally, the clasp was already scratched from where someone had already sized the watch for someone else.
