The watch I received was not what I ordered. Not even close. I ordered a black watch and received a white one. I sent Invicata an e-mail immediately requesting a return label. I've never received a response. I called Invicata Customer Service 3 times in 3 days. Each time I received an on hold message that said they were busy serving other customers and to leave my name and number and that they would call me back within 24 hours. I left my name, phone number and order number each time and have heard nothing from them yet. That was over 4 days ago and I have not received a call back. I want to return the watch but can't get a return label sent to me from Invicata. I am extremely disappointed with Invicata and their customer service. I will never order from them again.

It seemed easy to find the type of watch I wanted. Although the automatic mechanical watch did hold hold time correctly. With just two days of keeping it ticking it would be about 2 minutes faster or slower. The time would therefore be useless to use if it was about 7 days off time by the end of the week. The quality is pretty bad, looks like a nice watch but does not keep accurate time. Pretty disappointed, this is the third and final invicta watch I will ever own.
