I've being trying to get in contact with you guys for the longest, but never got an answer! The item you sent me got to my house a day later than expected. Not only that but apparently the mail man decided to treat it as a non fragil item, throughing it against my door like a baseball, causing internal damage and a broken glass to the watch!

The only hiccup I had with Invictastores.com, is that I requested to return one of the watches that I had purchased, and made three phone calls and it took three emails(the third email threatening to contact PayPal) before ANYONE from Invicta responded to my request. To this point, I've purchased 4 watches from Invicta, and the customer service experience this time around had me questioning whether there would ever be another purchase of an Invicta watch in the future.
