Having purchased many Invicta watches over the last few years with several Bolt models in my collection I knew that this JT Hall of Fame Bolt would be a winner. The watch exceeded my expectations - a perfect color combination with the gold tone case/bracelet, aqua/black colored dial, & aqua cabling accents on the bracelet. Completing the look is the orange bezel cable which helps make the watch pop that much more. The timepiece is substantial in size, which is what I prefer to wear. Invicta never fails to amaze me with each new design, and this is what keeps me coming back for more.
In summation, I have to mention that Customer Service was excellent: from order placement to delivery only took 5 days - very fast turn around time.

When i received my watch it had a scratch on it. One of the pieces that is attached to the watch was at the bottom of the case. I called customer service several times and left messages and sent emails. I got no response at all. I called the Woodbridge, NJ store and told Ariel my situation and he contacted invicta twice before I finally got a phone call. Thank you Ariel! He was awesome!
I communicated thru email and left phone messages and customer service was not timely to respond. I was trying to ask for a compromise by asking for the same discount on a similar watch. I got nothing but apologies and then a refund 6 days after my orde r was placed. I was very disappointed that they were not interested in working with me towards a mutually beneficial solution. VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE.
First of all.i only wear invicta watches.second my new watch is unique n lovely.This is my 1st time buying from invicta.com. My only thing i wasn't pleased with was how long it took and not being able to track it.Other than that your watches are the best.which you already know

Sent the wrong watch. You Couldn't tell me if the chosen one was in stock but wanted me to return the watch till they figured it out and send the original order or refund me. I wasn't satisfied with my experience at all and chances are I won't be ordering from your website agian.
This Invicta watch is big and beautiful. I absolutely love the design. The details are amazing! It's gorgeous, but I can still wear it everyday.
Older models bands feel apart too easily
There were flaws on the dial, customer service received the watch and re-polished the watch and resent the item. Very pleased with the final result.
Overall happy with Invicta service, I have several Invicta watches of my own, one of the watches I ordered this time was no longer available once my order was placed. I tried to Substitute it for another but was told they couldn't do that. A little disappointed but I will still continue to by Invicta.
