The Watch that I ordered when received didn't work I returned the watch Nana waiting for a refund was highly disappointed with that being my first purchase and lost my welcome discount of 40% on a watch that didn't work and I was told that I couldn't get the 40% welcome discount back

My husband love his watch. Excellent quality. The only bad experience i had its that i pay 29.99 for 2 day shipping and i still had to wait like 8 days to received it. But next time i know not to pay for 2days all just take free shipping.
