I loved the designed.
I have now attempted 3 times to return now 2 watches and have yet to obtain a return shipping label. This after I placed an original order for a watch and the. I was informed weeks later that it could not be fulfilled. I order a few times a year from Invicta and this is by far the worst experience and/or holiday experience. I may need to reconsider future purchases.

Oh, the only problem that I have had was due to the shipper who miss shipped the watch to Washington State. Took almost 10 more days to receive it. Other than that, keep sending me info with discounts!
Order placed and ran out. Had to pick another item, both times. Paid for delivery by Christmas, did not receive till 28th. Should return both extra shipping cost paid. Product was wonderful.
Trying to return this item - no response from invicta
I paid for 2 day delivery, ordered on a thursday did'nt get until Monday should have gotten it Saturday.
I am disappointed by the page i placed an order on december 16 to receive the item before December 24 and shipment was late service never requested questions never answered and I received the item on Friday 29. Poor service
Spent a total of 8 hours on hold to find out about my order. I placed order 2 days before Christmas deadline and if I had not gone to fedex and picked it up myself it would have been late! Item showed with case in pictures and didnt come with case! I went to a store and bought another different invicta with the case and invicta bag for half of what it was on the invicta store website! So much for buying direct being less expensive.

No One ever answers your email and no one will ever pick up the phone. The worst customer service that I have ever seen.
My watch came set with all the settings correct and arrived within days even though i ordered a week and a half before christmas. I love my watch!
Poor customer service. When you call the 1800 number you're put on hold for about an hour or so and then when it finally rings. It hangs up. Work on customer service to improve shopping.
