I receive the watch that I ordered but it doesn't work. I tried to set the time and date but the pin pulled all the way out with out me even pulling on it. Called customer service but all I got was a recording saying I was next in line. I left my name and email address on the website which states they answer all email with in 24 hours. It's been 72 hour and the only email I have received from them is to write a review regarding the watch I received. I think I'm dealing with dumb and dumber here. Buyers beware!~

I received a watch, but the wrong watch. No one ever answers customer service sat on hold first time 1 and 1 half hours, then 45 minutes, sent 5 emails and just 2 days ago received an email with a return label.
The website was not user friendly. I was not allowed to add discounts I was eligible for. I also did not receive free upgraded shipping like I was supposed to receive.
