I paid for two day shipping and end up receiving my items 2-3 weeks later. Unacceptable considering I did not receive reimbursement for shipment. When I reached out to customer service initially I was given a bogus tracking number for items that never shipped! I had a shipment date and everything, and waited on Fed Ex all day, only to find our items never shipped. Upon receiving items one if the watches did not work. I am currently waiting on refund for that watch.
Terrible shipping time, but I guess it's all due to covid
Paid for 2 day shipping. They told me because of Covid19 they couldn't do 2 day shipping. But after they took the 29 dollars. Had to sent numerous emails to get the money back. Watches took over a month to be delivered.

My experience is not always consistent when ordering online. The website can be a little glitchy when paying, so I have to sometimes pay with PayPal Other times i can use my card. And it's not an issue with my card.
The shipping took way too long.
I love the product, but never received a response from you. The delivery time was ridiculous, I understand that there are issues some times with what is going on, but a month give me a break.
