I HAVE ORDERED FROM INVICTA STORES ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, I JUST THINK THAT THE DELIVERY TIME IS JUST TO LONG. IF IT'S GOING TO TAKE THAT LONG FOR DELIVERY, THEN THEY DONT NEED TO TAKE THE MONEY WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED IT SHOULD BE DONE ONCE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED. I JUST THINK 3 WEEKS IS TOO LONG TO WAIT ON AN ITEM THAT WAS CLAIMED TO BE INSTOCK.

The watch is very nice. Shipping was the issue. It took me almost 4 weeks to get the watch. My husband ordered a watch the same day and he got his in about a week. Fed ex told me at first it would be delivered on a Sunday which is a laugh. Then it showed it was back at the starting point. I email invicta customer service and then I got it in 2 days. You need to use a different carrier

Long delay in shipping even though product was marked as 'in stock'. Too soon to tell if product is water resistant as advertised. Crown does not screw down to seal the stem.
It took a while to receive my order. I also received 3 different pavlages and delivery times were off. I did a claim because I used the door ticket regarding one of the packages. They told me it was delivered and drooped off at the front entrance. What entrance? There are over 300 units where. Also, the package requires a signature and should have been just...dropped off.
The matter has been resolved. I eventually received all 3 packages
