The length of time to ship the order was too long. I doubt it would've shipped when it did if I didn't inquire about it ( for the 2nd time)

I was a little dissatisfied with the amount of time it took to receive my order... my credit card was run and charged within minutes of my order but took nearly 2 weeks for me to receive any kind of update on the status of my order...
My product was great, but my order took over a month to arrive.

I think invicta stores have good prices and great products, but I would really tend not to purchase from you because of the very, very poor delivery process. I waited for weeks to get products that should have shipped much sooner with no information given until I complained. I would love to buy more watches from you but I do not want to wait forever too receive my new watch. I realize we are in a Pandemic and we should expect some delays, but your shipment delays were horrible and that kept me from purchasing more products from you!

My Husband loves Invicta watches. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the watches.
Shipping has been very slow but I guess in the time of COVID that's understandable.
It tooK.too long to receive. Will order from another supplier next time.
Absolutely no problems ordering online, delivery took 17 days, I did contact Customer services to enquire about length of delivery and I did get a courteous and prompt reply, the watch is really nice, and I would definitely order from Invicta again.
The only real issue I had was it took 3 weeks for it to ship.
Other than taking way to long to ship I'm very satisfied with the price and products.

Great selection, amazing prices. I collect Invicta watches because of their size and the size of my wrist, and I have never been so happy to find a store in my life. They have everything I have ever looked for and stuff I didn't know about, and I will absolutely be making additional purchases in the near future. My last was a perpetual date, and though its my smallest watch, I think its beautiful and I love it.
Watches were awesome, both customers really liked the watches, I have place an order for another 3 watches.
