I was disappointed with the service because when I ordered this watch it would ship within 3-5 days. I understood with the Corvid-19 things were moving a little slow, I had also paid extra for a 2 day delivery. But after three weeks I had to call before the product actually shipped. Very disappointed.

I TRIED FOR DAYS TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND THE SITE JUST DIDN'T WORK, EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT DIDN'T HELP. TOOK TWO DAYS OF CALLING WITH HOLD TIMES OF MORE THAN 30 MINUTES TO FINALLY PLACE AN ORDER WITH SOMEONE. I GOT AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER BUT IT NEVER SHOWED UP ON MY ACCOUNT AND STILL DOESN'T. MY ORDER WAS LOST FOR A WHILE ON THE USPS TRACKING AND THIS DELAYED DELIVERY ABOUT A WEEK LONGER.
