I was not pleased about how FEDEX handled my delivery. I paid for the item to be shipped to a home address, but it was sent to a FEDEX location for me to pick up instead. I was never given a call to explain why, i just received a text on my phone telling me how long I had to pick up my item. After an all day investigation, I was told why. Even though I didn't have to go far to pick up my item, I had a major problem with how it was handled.
