Love this watch! Prices here are great. It took over 2 weeks to get it. But, I understand with COVID it takes longer.

I have problem with my delivery because we have a personal situation and my order goes to you again, but when I call to Customer Service the first time the CS tell me I need to call DHL and DHL tell me call Invicta...they don't know how to help me! When I call the 2nd time to CS, Angélica made an Investigation for my order and finally I receive my order on Friday 28.

Great product, but delivery time was longer then I expected.

The product was great. The delay in recieving my product with invicta giving no reason as of why without me reaching out asking was a unpleaseant shopping experince.

My overall shopping experience was great. But due to issues with Covid-19, my delivery was really late. I would have appreciated better updates from customer service.

This is a very nice unique piece. But it is much larger that I expected. It is almost a man size watch. But the design is beautiful. This is my 5th Invicta watch & I know there are more in my future.

Took to long, site stated it would ship between 3 and 5 days. It took much longer

Although I think the lupa is great. The picture showed a box with two extra straps. I only received the watch with one strap. But I am not really upset it is a deceptive add.

Ver disattified with shipping time. Tried calling customer service multiple times no answer. I dont understand why it took so long to ship my product to me with it being in stock.

I love Invicta watches they are so awesome, the online experience was great lot of different styles to choose from at affordable prices, everyone will find something nice in there price range
