Very easy been waiting for a watch like this to come up for sale I'm glad that Invicta exist but the actual time to ship it was crazy I blamed that on Covid-19.
I sent pictures but have not heard back from anyone. The minute hand on the stop watch resets to 1. It should reset to 30. I would like to exchange it for the same watch. Please let me know how to proceed.

My overall experience was very good.
I have brought a few invicta watches over the years. This last experience has been the worst. No customer service at all. Invicta has let me down on my anniversary the watches came 2 weeks late after I paid for express shipping.
The shipping guidelines was not accurate however, the website did give a estimated time line for shipping due to COVID-19 but, the time chart was completely off. When I try to call the customer service line the call wait was extremely too long (45 minute wait time and the agent was not friendly or helpful at all) I love Invicta watches however, I will not order online again. I would rather wait until the store opens again.
