Delivery took forever, but watch was in great condition and was good price
My husband love the product, but I paid for two days delivery and I received it in 22 days. I know Invicta take 5 says for pepare the order plus the 2 business day for delivery, in total 7 business days. When I wrote for receive my second day delivery money back they didn't answer and I lost my money. I'm disagree and disappointed of the service.

I placed an order there were two watches and I only received one of them I tired to call customer services I email to them I didn't get not answer also they didn't put the money back on my account.
Shipping took a little long, but was due to Covid-19 Im sure.

Overall this piece is my favorite in my collection granted i just began my collection but out of 6 invicta the Hercules Shaq Reserve watch Platinum blue black combo is by far my favorite mother of pearl dial is the finishing touch which knocks the peace out of the park it definitely elevates this watch as a final touch
My watch didn't ship for several weeks after I ordered it. I didn't get a shipping notification until I sent an email inquiring where my watch was and why I hadn't previously received shipment notification. I don't understand why it took so long to send it out. Once it did ship, I received it in a few days.
Overall, a great experience. Took a little longer than I thought to get, but with covid, it was expected, so I would definitely shop again with invicta

Very easy been waiting for a watch like this to come up for sale I'm glad that Invicta exist but the actual time to ship it was crazy I blamed that on Covid-19.
