I purchased a Man of War with a meteorite dial. As I was setting the time and date, a pin that attached the strap to the base fell out. In addition, When I checked the other side of the base, I noticed that there was no pin. I contacted Invicta Customer Service.The representative was very helpful.They arranged to have replacement pins sent to me instead of having to return the watch for repairs. This experience made me question the process of Invicta quality assurance.Had anyone examined the watch prior to putting it in the box for shipping? There is no excuse for this problem.I trust that when I take the watch to a local repair service, they will be able to correctly insert the pins.

In my opinion I think my shopping experience with invicta came out pretty well because I got the same watch that was displayed in the picture for a decent price and I couldn't really complain about the quality. But I think invicta should put batteries in the watch before shipping it out but overall it was a great shipping experience.

The band was broken and I had to get it fixed
My order was deferred and i wasnt contacted after a day.so i couldn't continue with my request and i had to wait for some days for refund by my local bank. I mean if, i had issue during my checkout, i expected that,i should have been informed immediately and the order shouldnt have been deferred with consulting me.
