This is a great website
I have no problems with the Invicta products and dealing with Invicta Stores. I received an Invicta perpetual watch, on time, but the watch had an issue, not sealing water out, and the crystal began to fog immediately! I sent it back, and reordered another when it became available. I have received the replacement, already. The original was sent back the next day, too. I have not received my credit yet for the 1st watch, and I had to pay more for the replacement watch then I did for the 1st watch.
Would like someone to follow up and let me know what can be done.

I wasn't satisfied with the processing time. I ordered a different Invicta watch from Evine, the day after I purchase from Invicta and I received that watch in exactly 5 days. Invicta took an additional 6 days. It's also advertised that processing time is 4 to 5 business days and it took 6 or 7 business days for me to get an email notifying me that my or was being shipped. Way too long for processing!
Handling time took nearly a week, I'd expect it to be quicker...

I'm very happy thus far with the three watches I have recently ordered from Invicta. They arrived in much better condition than they do from Evine or Amazon.

Very good overall. Watch looks even better in person than in the add. My only issue is that I believe that the shipping could have been faster than it actually was. But I have it now and have already wearing it
The only thing I did not like that fedx just left package at the door nor text nor did they ring the for bell to let someone know package was left at door step..
