I was having trouble putting the order through so I called. This was my 3rd order but cust svc couldn't find me.
I ended up doing my order on my phone-which worked.
Everything else was great and everyone loved the watch.
The watch is not keeping good time. The battery maybe going bad. I am a little disappointed I will have to replace the battery after receiving it a few weeks ago.

I ordered two different watches. One of them worked perfectly fine and I love it. The other...I love as well...however...its movements were frozen. I took it to get a new battery but it's battery was perfectly fine. Which meant that there were other serious issues. I returned the watch in question to you to exchange for another and am waiting for it to arrive.
