Great product, great price
Most of my overall experience was pretty good but the processing time is just ridiculous the order was placed 6/28 the item wasn't shipped until 7/9 about 9 days just to process? IMO it's a little too long. Other wise everything was OK once it was shipped it took about 3 days to arrive. So close to two weeks from order to delivery.
I had some difficulty with my computer. Customer Service quickly assisted me with product questions and ordering. The watch arrived as promised. Thank you.

As always, Invicta delivers on a great watch! As the brand that got me into watches, I've been a big fan of Invicta for well over 15 years, and, while I have expanded to many other brands, it's still the most fun to own, with outstanding quality at the price point and many unique designs. Many watches featured at the Invicta Stores site can be purchased for less elsewhere, but there are also limited selections found here, and deals that are outstanding. I got this hard to find Sea Hunter in this order, for only $170 (plus a free three slot watch case), which is terrific, for a model in their Reserve Line. This is also a good place to find the specs of various models, and get an idea for their overall line up. I've made a number of direct purchases here now, and it's always been an excellent experience, and I easily recommend this site!

Have difficulty continually getting through the process because of glitches on your end. It's exasperating to go through every time you want to make a purchase.
I did not receive the yellow glow case. I received a DC superman case instead. I like the watch but would have preferred the other case

I am a new collector of Invicta watches. So far I have 8 of them. If you never had an Invicta, I would highly recommend to you to buy one. They are a very good looking time piece that you wear on your wrist. Some are heavy and solid. It's one thing to look at a picture of a watch but once you order one, you would be surprised at the quality of them. Some people ask me why I collect watches and I ask them why do they collect old CD's or DVD's? If you look at the retail price and the asking price you will notice a big difference. Just because the price is a lot lower don't be fooled, these are quality watches. Everyone that I have, I have never had any problems at all. I would highly recommend the purchase of these fine quality watches.

Shopping invicta stores is usually quick, easy experience, the only trouble is when trying to use my invicta card for payment. Often takes multiple attempts and sometimes can not get charge to go through, resulting in having to use different cc. This order had to use different cc. The only problem with experience was as putting on watch the lugg screws came apart disassembling bracelet from case. Called cs, rep quickly processed return paperwork asking if wanted replace or refund. I will be away next couple months so she will refund and when back in town may place order at that time. Ty
