I'm rapidly losing faith in Interparcel. The service on my last two collections and deliveries has been so poor that I now seriously question the legitimacy of many of the positive reviews online. As someone who's used courier services heavily for years—and understands their operations fairly well—I want to be clear: most UK couriers do a solid job. DHL, in particular, stands out for reliability based on thousands of dispatches we've managed. Interparcel, however, no longer convinces me it adds any value as an intermediary. Its systems are poor, and its customer service is frankly inadequate. When a customer's time is wasted, hiding behind flimsy terms of trade isn't good enough. Respect your customers' time and fix your business. Any generic or templated response to this will only reinforce my point.

Ecommerce businesses beware! Interparcel provides false delivery times at booking. I have twice made international bookings with them with an estimated delivery time frame of 5 -7 days and then the parcel hasn't even left Australia within that time frame. When i complained to customer service because we lost customers and had to issue refunds, they informed me that there is a footnote at the end of the booking process (which is not clearly visible unless you click on it) that delivery can take longer (10-20 days). I have lost two customers now due to this and will never use interparcel again. They don't refund you when they mess up either. STAY AWAY

Paid Interparcel DOUBLE to have Startrack EXPRESS delivery for a time sensitive parcel.
Courier picked it up and then dropped it off at the PICK UP location!
I still had an additional 2 business days up my sleeve, however it took 8 DAYS for a parcel to go from QLD to NSW. Worst part is they wont even refund the difference between normal postage and the express because quote "the time indicated is only an ESTIMATE". SO SICK of couriers not taking ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I lost $145 from this as I have to refund my customer.

Parcel not collected as arranged.
Information about the parcel significantly inaccurate (18kg instead of 4.5kg - hardly a typo!), but correct on receipt.
I was then asked to resubmit my order. I declined and have requested a refund... there must be easier routes!

Delivery from the UK to the USA

I ordered a parcel delivery from the UK to the USA and I paid for FedEx Priority service but my parcel was 5 days in the UK (and still in the UK) and no one knows when the parcel will be delivered.
Before, when I ordered on the FedEx website the same Priority service it was 1-2 days for delivery sometimes on the same day.

Maybe they take money for FedEx Priority but you get FedEx Economy services.

Missing parcel
December 5, 2022

6 weeks ago i paid £80 to deliver a parcel to Turkey, its now been left in a warehouse at istanbul airport.
Interparcel have stopped all communication with me so i am starting legal action tomorrow
Kangaroo couriers are also in with these, avoid them like the plague, please go elsewhere, Amateurs, DO NOT USE INTERPARCEL OR KANGAROO

Terrible

Appalling experience using this company and their associate Evri (rebranded name of the notorious Hermes). The best thing I can say about this outfit is that they gave me a refund. Four appointments to pick up the same parcel - all no shows. No reason given. No response from customer complaints dept (*******@interparcel.com). Just wasted my time, my customer's time and probably lost me future business. Be warned - this company masquerades as a courier provider but they are anything but. Just go direct to a reputable courier, cut out the middle man and save money and time.

Still waiting for a parcel to be collected after two weeks. The support agents are not helpful at all and they do not care about customer's time and money! The last agent I spoke to told me that I can't get a refund and my money back at all which is absurd. Illegit company - stay away!

INTERPARCEL/TUFFNELLS
AVOID. Booked tuesday. Said 'they had been'. I have a Ring.com doorbell, THEY HAD NOT!
They rebooked for weds. No one turned up!
They rebooked for thursday. Again same lie. 'someone turned up' LIES RE; MY RING.COM! GONE ELSEWHERE...
They are; USELESS. LIARS. WORTHLESS.

This company are very unhelpfull in delivery's and when a item is not delivered, they do not guarantee to get your order back.
