This is a Complete scam website They are not refunding money if you cancel because of COVID 19 either you pay again 70$ as they said.
Please don't do the Visa from them. They just tell you to wait all the time and in the end you will be regretting because you will lose all your money!
I have applied for my son before the lockdown of CoVID 19 and they kept giving me wrong information regarding Dubai Emigration Office when they will start the process. Additionally, when I cancelled the process they said we will not refund the 836 $ for 3 months visa unless i should pay again 70 $
I am in the process of filling official complaint in ecrime dubai police and Dubai Emigration to ban any third party dealing with them.

Instadubai visa team has a bunch of very junior call center employees sitting somewhere in Bangalore, and have no idea of the procedures or special cases. For Indian nationals living in Europe with a residence card / work permit do not need to apply in advance. Can get visa on arrival for Dubai or UAE. They did not know,, or they hid the information and charged us 3 in family for double the visa fee including their charges. My daughter, minor's visa was rejected (at least this is what they said); but i asked for any proof, nothing shared. I feel they did not even apply for my daughter and just ate the money. I repeatedly asked to send me the rejection letter. Nothing. Finally we entered dubai, again paying at entry for a Visa on arrival for my daughter without any issue.
Complete fraud company and incompetent and extremely bad customer service.

Instadubaivisa are scammers and they should be reported to the authorities all over the world. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY AND REPORT THEM.
I applied for a UAE Visa on behalf of my Director's family. I paid the amount stipulated - followed the link and paid the amount due, only for them to email me telling me the copies of the passports are bad copies and I need to resend. Days later when you try and track the application nothing happens. You call the number, and nothing happens. The answers on the live chat are generic and no one can give an update on your application.
I received the two adult's visa's and they decided to withhold the baby's visa. They proceeded to ask for an extra 200USD to express the visa. I had to pay this amount as the flights would have been lost. I received the visa 10 minutes later.
This company is truly fake and people all over the world should know this.

InstaDubai stole money from me and so many other people. They never gave me visa and on top they were scaring me that if i go to another agency the visa can not be approved in Immigration. After I made payment for application, they told me to send another 200 usd if i want to make visa on time for my trip. Only after I found many other reviews in internet that this agency is fake and thieves. And even people who paid this additional costs never received visa. We have to stop this liars they continue taking money from people and just go with it. Such a shame for country, first impression of it is so bad.

I was chatting with their personnel explained the situation that I need visa within 24 hours, Their personnel informed me once I make a payment I will have visa within 24 hrs. Once payment went through I was informed I had to pay over 200$ more to get visa within that time frame. I was lied to and thought it was a scam and told them to cancel my order and refund my money which they declined had to cancel my trip to Dubai via Expedia lost money there and this company got me for 179.00$

I was planning to travel to Dubai for holidays and I needed a visa so I tried many times in the official Emiretes website but It didn't work so I tried to find the right way and I searched on Google and Instadubaivisas appeared on the top of the page.It looked trustworthy because they have client services 24 hours and they respond immediately to me everything was right and I decided to applied with them but 30 days before my trip I decided to looked information about this agency and I saw that it has hundreds of complaints. I was so scare becasue I had bouhg my fligths tickets. I tried to contacted them and I asked for my money back and they said that I had to paid extra 59 USD for the cancellation and also they just could give me back less of 50% that I paid for the application so I was so upset I asked for the application visa and they said that it just could applied 25 days before my trip. I told them that I was going to reported them and They sent to me a fake email pretending that it was an application visa and it couldn't be posible because two days before I had applied for a new visa directly with the Emiretes airline. They just stole my money they never did the process. It is a scam online agency. It must dissapear of the website. They are stoling a lot people around the world.

I Applied for a visa through tour operator however he ditched us at the time, so we applied from Instadubaivisa on express fee I was not sure whether I will get the visa or not, however, they made sure I get my visa on time, they were exceptional.
