They issued the wrong visa, our receipt states "Umrah Visa" but the actual visa shows e-tourism, we called on whatsapp before the travel and whomever is answering on the whatsapp said that the visas are valid, we traveled from USA to Jeddah through Doha, and they wouldn't even allow us to board the plane, we lost $4000 tickets. This company is a hoax, they take people's money and dont give them the requested visa, you will get someone trying to convince you to pay more money for expediting, and the visa comes within hours anyway! They are theives

After purchasing the visa for Dubai, which I now know it was more expensive than other companies, a sale rep contacts via WhatsApp trying to up sale their services and stating they will not release the visa unless I pay for other services. They tried to make me pay for the 'Urgent Service' 250 USD, which is a 24hr visa application even though I had 2 weeks before my flight, stating the 72 hr visa might not be ready in time. They forced the insurance firstly which I already purchased through another company, secondly they said it was mandatory for airport transfer even though I was being collected from the airport, trying to charge 100 USD for a one way transfer which was a 9 minutes drive or 150USD for a return. After i argued and refused to pay they said they would not give me the visa, eventually the company released the visa followed by a phone call saying I had to book a mandatory PCR test to leave Dubai for 169 USD which luckily I refused as I'm aware PCR tests in Dubai are €30 and you don't have to pre arrange this before entering Dubai. Their sales tactics is that of a scammer with threats and false information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

A brutal scam and very rude agents that hung up on there clients after scamming my dad for 1000$ And they charge his card 5 times and they never return the money and he nva received his visa be careful of them they are thieves stupid Indians

They are bunch of crooks, They demand 500 dollers in the name of COVID test but dubai govt. Provide this test Free of Cost. They forced to pay you that amount.

Applied for a VISA and waited for 2 weeks now. They say the VISA is approved but they want to charge me for my Hotel, car rental, airport transfert in order to deliver my VISA.

So they keep the VISA and want you to charge extra money for nothing. They will make your VISA process last longer in order to put pressure on you to pay them before dispatching you the VISA.

This is a big scam, anI don't want to visit the UAE no more because they accept this kind of agency operates and do nothing to shutdown these scammers.

This is FRAUD and SCAM.
I applied visa and paid thm.On online chat they said in case of rejection all ammount will be refund but after pay visa reject and no amount return.
Online chat is very sweet and they trap you but please dont trust them

Disgusting is an understatement! Horrible service, lies all around and extremely disrespectful. Take my advice, stay away from those scammers.

They even tried to get my CREDIT CARD details. They were forcing me to pay an insurance if 125 us dollar for a visa. My bank rejected their fake links

Scammed me out of 500 dollars for a PCR test which they requested I make twice. They told me they would reverse the payment and that it was already in process, been over 2 weeks and they still have not refunded me 500 dollars. Every time I contact them they send me previously forwarded receipts of the payment apparently being reversed and tell me not to worry. However there is nothing being done and I am 500 dollars short.
