I asked for super expedited visa for three of us (Me, my spouse and son). Needed in 12 hours and they delivered the same! Superb.
They also called me about new PCR protocols in Dubai and arranged departure PCR test as well.

I applied for the visa 4 days before travel, they said you will get it on time, dont worry Pay, Pay. 186Dollar
I paid, they said, ah you should take the express service because there is no time, you might not get it on time, Pay Pay, you will get it on the same day or maximum tomorrow, Pay Pay, its 100% approval.
I was clear to refund the express service if they didnt give me any answer on time and they said yes. Pay Pay 185Dollar.
I payed, then they said directly there is a chance of rejection and no refund would you like to proceed! Just directly after pyament they started to change what they said and I knew I'm dealing with scammers, after that, they didnt reply, they gave meaningless excuses and delay.
On the day of my travel they still say under process, after long discussion and press they say its rejected,
I told them I need the money of the express service because it took more than 3 days to answer, they said ah no the express service is within 24 working hours, and in Dubai they work 8 hours per day, so technically its 3 days, look how they manipulative they are to take as much money as possible and give fake promises.
Avoid this fake agency and find another transparent way like airlines or someone who would apply for you directly in the immigration

This is best Visa services provider I think. Instant and supportive team 24x7 hour available, awesome services ever. After covid-19, I have apply Dubai visa first time. It is just so easy to apply Visa for UAE. You guys just have to go the site and choose the plan then fill the form and put the documents and simply pay. Awesome Team ever!

The service provided was professional and fast, when I had difficulty paying I received immediate help. The visa arrived in less than two days as promised. I accidentally paid twice and immediately received a refund. The treatment is reliable, professional and fast.

1. They sent me a payment link to pay visa fee which was USD 159, and they smartly sent me a link and the currency used was GBP 159. Just before paying I noticed this and when asked they apologised and sent me another link in USD. So, be careful.
2. Then they told me I need to buy insurance to apply for UAE visa, and they sent me a quote of USD 340 for 3 adults, when I was checking other insurance companies they quickly gave a discount if of $100. After I paid $240, they just applied for my visa and after visa grant when I asked for a copy of my insurance and that is when they applied for my insurance and the premium mentioned on the policy was just AED 45. Moreover, Emirates airlines told me that my ticket already covered all insurance including covid. Don't buy insurance from them it's a trap. Buy it online on your own which will be 5 times cheaper.
3. When I asked to clarify they never responded and after several emails one call center girl calls me and she has absolutely no idea what she is talking.
Do not take their services. It's pathetic and unprofessional and unethical.

I contacted InstaDubaiVisa on the 20th December to arrange a business visa for me, my wife and two young children. I paid £596.00 and was advised I would receive our visas within 24-72 working hours.

Shortly after applying, we received two calls. One saying we needed covid insurance and its LAW in Dubai, I refused. Then the other call stating that we needed to pay to have private covid tests before returning to the UK and this was also LAW in Dubai, again total nonsense and only after more money.

On the 24th December I contacted them to ask where our visas were and the "salesman" said due to short working hours over the Christmas period the 72 hours will take me past my departure date of the 27th December. I was forced to pay an additional £412 to 100% guarantee our visas before travel. Guess what... we didn't receive our visas! Today (9th Jan) I have received an email saying our visas have been approved but I still need to provide copies of plane tickets, details of where we will be staying etc. We were due to travel on the 27th December... so only 2 weeks too late.

In a nutshell they are money grabbing scammers!

I have asked for a refund but I'm not hoping for any reply soon!

They are thieves. Taken money and will not refund even though I didn't use the service. Absolutely disgusting and will be reporting to police and credit card company

I have used the service of InstaVisa Dubai to secure my visa to Dubai.
While I can tell that they will help you secure your visa in a couple of days; however I was surprised by the amount of misleading information they shared with me to oblige me to pay the extra money and use their services.
1- The cost paid to secure a visa is very high compare to doing it with a normal local travel agency. Unless you are in a rush to get it, don't use the service.
2- They will call you asking to have travel + covid insurance visa. The officer will contact you that if you don't buy their insurances (supposedly with Dubai immigration), your visa won't be approved. The insurance with them will cost you around USD 130 for 10 days which is way more expensive than any other place. In fact, the insurance is not mandatory to be done via their office, you could do it locally in your country but it is important to have your travel + covid insurance.
3- They will contact you saying that you need a PCR test prior to leaving Dubai. They will offer you a service which will cost you USD 200 or USD 300 (at your hotel). This price is again higher than the market. You could simply do it at any clinic for AED 150 (or USD 40) - 5 min procedure.

Overall, the service is genuine but the cost is super high, and don't be fooled with the extra service they offer. I would have preferred to deal with an agency that is very transparent regarding cots/fees. Being disappointed, I won't use their service anymore and I won't recommend it to my circle.

I really thankful to the customer services guys of this company. I had applied visa for UAE in the last month and they said it will delivered to you in next 2 days. I got the same within 2 days but there was some name error. I had connected with them on chat. Even they called back me and inform me the process of name correction. My second time traveling to Dubai. After a lot of research I chose InstaDubaiVisa to get my Dubai tourist visa. Very glad I did! The instructions they provided were excellent and I was able to fill out the application correctly and provide the correct documentation. They kept me informed of the progress of my visa application regularly; everything was done promptly. They got me my visa ahead of the date they had promised it by. Definitely worth it! They charged more but the services are very good and before the time delivery.

Well they charge a lot and give false information. You will get the services while paying 3 times more money what you can get from other websites. They will get your visa processed by city tour and travels. You can book directly from there. I booked the visa from there and they gave the wrong information that it is valid for 14 days but when I originally checked with Dubai immigration, it was valid for 30 days. I got Covid and I thought that I don't want to be an illegal immigrant and the InstaDubai visa agent told me to extend my visa for 14 more days and for that they told me to pay $270 but originally the visa extension was $130. Once I made the pay, I thought of calling Dubai immigration and came to know that my original visa was issued for 30 days stay in UAE. When I asked for the refund it was being told to me that they applied for visa extension, for which they never gave any proof. Also in there email it is being mentioned that the visitor visa are valid for 30 and 90 days only.So be careful when you are choosing there services because they can go to any extend to get money from your pocket.

They don't apply for you. They gave you nothing about your application. They give you fake application number. Their phone number is out of service, their address is fake. They just chat online. You can actually check with United Arab Emirates to confirm my point, I actually used their services and unsurprisingly when I reach out to the visa agency of government they said there is no application under your name. They ask for more money after you pay for the first time because now you have to pay them inorder to maybe get your visa.

They use all type of fraudulent charges and just get your money. DO NOT USE THEM
