Good day, my name is Semawon Bayo Godonu, am from Nigeria I applied for a 60days tourist visa from an agency company in UAE (Instadubai Visa) with the office address 201, Office Tower M Square 11B Street Burdubai - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

From their website, it was stated there clearly that when you applied through their agency company your visa will be out in just 48/72hours. Having applied for the past 3 3weeks they keep posting me and scoping me, not until this morning did I get a message from them stating that my visa was rejected for the best reason known to the immigration department.

They use to chat with people and scam them and I ask them for a refund they are saying I can't get my money back. Please they'll send you the message below that their processing team will attend to you, they are all the same.

Finally, am using this medium to write to everyone please don't apply for a UAE visa through them, they are Fraudster/Thieves and Scammers.

Their representatives committed me visa for duabi within 8 hours as I was in urgent need to travel. They pushed me to make the payment to avoid delay. Once I paid, they forwarded me to the team saying it's the visa processing team, where this against n started asking me for 400 usd to put application in express. They just finad ways of stealing money from the needy. Its been 3 days now and since then I have not received any update on my visa status. They are not even ready to refund****. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. ***

Before you ask them for any help please check the screenshot attached. They scammed me now they are threatening me to take my dispute back.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. They promise visas they can not get and then try to keep "fees" for doing nothing. Total scam.

Don't even think to use this scammers, they will just will stole the money without do nothing. I'm one of the 1000 people that have been stolen.

After they get your money, then the story changes. As I messaged the agent I told them of the urgency of needing the visa. I was literally at the airport. All they said was, pay now and I will get on it ASAP. Only to find out ASAP from the next agent that this really meant I had to wait 2-3 days, processing closes on Friday and the weekend and this was Thursday. If I wanted it right away it would be $2200! Are you kidding me?! I guarantee you they wouldn't have gotten any money from me if they were upfront about the processing time. He just made it sound Ike he was going to make an exception considering my circumstances and push things through. They are scammers. And use deceptive practices to get people's money. I wouldn't do business with them again if it's the only choice I had. CRIMINALS!

Firstly they are very expensive. I must inform u guys about one of there dirty tricks. When u apply for Visa they won't respond till ur last day of ur flight tickets, when u contact them they will say pay 250$ for emergency visa. When u shout on them they will release ur visa in 5-10 minutes this personally happened to me. They will call u one million times to book flight tickets and hotels where in its like very very expensive. Never ever go to them. This is my personal experience and i am frustrated with this guys.

Don't ever get a visa through Insta visa Dubai or any other online agency you can apply on the UAE website because those people are liars and thieves and don't pick up on them even if they call you about making any applications or payments through the phone! Be careful! I also found out that their page is blocked on UAE.

Collected my 200usd for visa processing, I never saw the visa, neither could they send my visa tracking ID.

Instadubaivisa is the biggest fraud company and charge ridiculous ammount as visa fees. They don't even process your application and keep telling you stories. They are a scam company run by bunch of criminals. The vehemently tell lies about no dubai visa on arrival for Indians who have a valid USA visa. Don't fall for that trap. Marhaba service is there and the visa fee is just 121 aed. Instadubaivisa charge anywhere from 189 to 139 US dollars. The price varies if you are to bargain with them. The lowest they will offer is 120 dollars. This is the biggest sham. Don't fall for it. Attaching proof how they give wrong information on chat.

Firstly the staff cannot speak proper English and communicating with them is ridiculously cumbersome. Then there are hidden costs for services to guarantee and expedite the VISA application.

This " extra" cost is ludicrously expensive to say the least. However this all said and done as I am was in need of the urgent VISA. Now this company is constantly bombarding me with extra services and so called touristy things to do whist in Dubai.

This is a pitiful exploitation and should STOP!

I really regret that I used this service!

I used the service of Insta Dubai visa services, once you enter to the website or make an enquiry, a dialogue box appear and someone welcomes you and asks you to make the deposit of 189 USD to process the visa. Once you pay the money online they ask you for other 99 USD for "Covid insurance"?! They tell you it is mandatory and your application is on "hold" until you pay it. So you have to pay otherwise you lose the money you just paid?!

I found out that the visa charges in all travel agencies is less than 90 USD including the insurance. The insurance actual cost is less than 10 USD and not mandatory requirement.

DO NOT PAY! THEY ARE A SCAM! I repeat do not pay! I paid and i did not get my documents. You will lose your tickets and bookings.

PLZ PLZ don't apply in this website its a fake website $#*!ing indian is that people I lost too much money he didn't give me visa he send me the fake application number after I check in ICU no record I lost 2500€ for hotel and air

If you are reading this then I would highly recommend you no matter what please don't waste your money with this agency. They are fraud and just looting people in the name of visa nor their employees have right information about visas nor they are professional and know how to treat their customers.
They are literally charging 4 times higher price of the original price.
I have no clue why people have given 4 stars or 5 here, probably they are fake reviews from their own employees.

Its a website full of scammers. They tell you wrong price of express visa and ensure that you will get it in 10-12 days plz proceed to payment. But once you do the payment they proceed to so called visa process department which asks for more money in order to get express visa or do your application faster which is 24 hour (which is more than double the amount of paid fee). Upon asking that i hav already paid the fee for express visa they say no its normal fee. Its no where mentioned on the application (filled by their agent) that its urgent or express and the amount you have paid is normal fees not express while i was told otherwise by their 3-4 agents. Plz dont book anything via them they will eat your money and give nothing in return. I had to get an urgent visa to catch my flight and trusted them but i made a big mistake
