Terrible Customer Service and Unjust Practices

I cannot stress enough how horrible my experience with this company has been. From rude and dismissive behavior to complete lack of accountability, this has been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

I contacted them within an hour of making the payment, only to be passed between four different agents, each giving conflicting and confusing information. Instead of resolving my issue, I was constantly told to "wait" and ignored.

To top it off, they refuse to issue a full refund and instead insist on keeping 40% of my money despite no actual work being done on my application. This feels like outright theft and is completely unjustifiable.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their practices are shady, and their customer service is appalling. Save yourself the stress and money—go elsewhere!

They Delay and factor in all unnecessary $#*! in to your application just to inflate your costs and rip you off. Just a cheating firm. They take your money and never process your application. Days after they send you a mean email, your visa is rejected and your money is gone. Then they will advise you to seek an express visa which is costly even though they know upfront it is just waste of your money and time. Stay away from these clowns.

Let me save your journey. These people are the original scammers! First you pay, then they ask you foolish documents such as your 6 last bank statements ( for what kind of reasons?). They fake to apply then 3 days latter they send you an automatic message stating your visa application has been rejected. If you trust them you will not only loose the money you send them, but also the money of your flight and hotel, ruining your vacation. Also, there is a message on their website saying you will get refund if the visa is rejected, don't waist your time asking for that, they will say you can be refund only if the rejection is their fault and it will never be their fault, lol! I've contacted another agency in Dubai who said their website isn't even available in the UAE, they may have been blocked because of the reports. So I will report them everywhere visa/master card, ambassy of uae, grdf, bank, google. I will leave reviews everywhere too. I've ask to my bank for charge back as I've been scam and they agreed.

I strongly advise everyone against Insta Dubai Visa http://www.instadubaivisa.com. On 11/18/23, I paid $238 for a visa application for my wife through them. Despite their claim of a 24-72 hour processing time, we endured three weeks of waiting, with futile attempts to contact them. Shockingly, they not only failed to deliver the promised visa but also ceased communication, leaving their online portal stuck on "processing." Just one week away from our trip, we had to shell out nearly $2,500 for a new ticket through Emirates, applying for a visa with them as sponsors. Consequently, my wife will now travel separately from me and our son, disrupting our travel plans. Emirates processed the visa in just three days, even over the weekend. Be cautious as Insta Dubai Visa http://www.instadubaivisa.com also operates under the guise of Insta Global Travel http://www.instaglobaltravel.com. Steer clear of these companies at all costs – they are unequivocally a scam!

This page is a real scam, they write to you with a different agent depending on what your case is in process but it is false, they only steal your money, people ignore you when you ask a lot of questions, I almost lost my trip because I trusted them, I got tired of calling and writing to them and they simply ignored me and ignored my complaints. They stole me. Another thing is that the "instaglobaltravel" page is the same, they just pretend to have different names to scam.

This web site cheating with me. I was applied 60 days visa from here & paid 316 USD. They applied the visa but they told me after 3 days your rejected from immigration but insta not send any proper rejection documents. They not refund my Balance at this moment

After receiving my money how would you issue me another person's visa with a different nationally?

I used their service and they charged me double the market rate, and then they try to sell me insurance that is 3x more than what is needed and also tried to sell me their hotel booking package, please beware of these indian scammers using English names such as "Jaqueline, Alfraz, Elina, Yasmeen etc. Do not use their service because they will never give you any reference number or any information and after few days tell you that your visa is rejected and give the same robot answer.

Please note their business address "201, M Square Commercial Building, Near Double Tree Hotel Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE, P.O. Box: *******" the company name is "Insta Tourism LLC" please complain to your UAE consulate in your city and tell them they are scamming people from Dubai. Also complain to Visa/Master card and momopay platform because they use their banking service to scam people.

Also report their business on google map so google can block their website so it's not visible when someone search for UAE visa services.

Do not trust these people they are thieves they take your money and they do not reply they tell you you need insurance and you do not

This is a very bad service. It is a fraudulent and scamming site. They don't give you critical information and make you pay. For me, the hid all important requirements before the visa. They made me buy an expensive insurance. As per the advertisement they are supposed to refund full but when they failed to process my visa, they wanted to deduct almost 50% of the visa fee and USD 20 from the insurance

Its is not a genuine website they are scammers do not fall in to their trap. I have lost 531 QAR did not receive any visa

Have a great experience with the website, its a bit expensive than other websites but, everything is on the site, The chat support is quite helpful, and I got the visa without any hinderance, I would strongly recommend the website. Had a great experience with Atif, he was very helpful with the visa applications, and Khalid with the Tour arrangements

Never ever apply for visa with these guys. Atif is a very big conner and later you will end up paying double of visa fees. Unless you want to get cheated again, don't even think of booking the visas here.

Beaware. They are scammers. They cheat you and steal your money. They are professional thieves. You will lode your money.
