After almost a month of waiting to recieve my product, it still is no where to be found. Their shipping partner, Pitney bowes has horrible reviews and unfortunately my product fell into their hands and USPS never received my item. Inspire Uplift had completely ignored my requests for a refund or to reship my package to make it right. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a Alloy Rim Repair kit from this company. The package arrived broken (Dried up paint bottle / See picture). They do not supply a customer service phone number (intentionally) so I sent them an email with the below pictures. Three days later I receive an email stating they will not send me a new item or credit me back the purchase price because I was outside their RIDICULOUS 14 day return policy window. I emailed them back stating a return policy does not apply to DEFECTIVE merchandise. All I want is what I paid for! I requested that someone call me to address the problem and got no responce. Obviously, I contacted my credit card company and them credited me back my money. Again - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are NOT credible!

Below is the first (and ONLY) responce I received from them: Hey James,

Thanks for reaching out, I'm happy to help! I just checked your tracking information and it shows that your order was delivered on (25th of March 2020).

I just checked and saw your delivery date is outside of our 14-day return policy for a return, refund, or store credit. I'm very sorry for this, please on future orders if you have any issues feel free to reach out right away. We do have a 24/7 live chat as well.

I placed order on 4/24/2020 and have not received package. Horrible customer service. I've sent them many emails and get the exact same vague response each time "Thanks for reaching out, I'm happy to help! I just checked your tracking information and it shows that your package is definitely in transit."
First Trk# indicates package is Fremont, CA.
Then two weeks later they provide me with a different Trk# indicating shipment is being prepared in China.
I will never order from this company again.

I have followed up 3 times with Inspire Uplift for status of my order placed nearly 3 weeks ago. The tracking nr. Given still is not in the USPS system. It only says "label created but not yet in system. Will be available when shipper provides an update or package is delivered in USPS". Inspire Uplift has told me 3 times that the product was given to the carrier. I asked for proof which they have not provided. They wasted no time charging my credit card but cannot provide correct information. Their customer service is a joke.

This company is running a scam. You order and then they make you wait at least a week to get "updated shipping information." Then the tracking number states that "item is on its way to the shipper." It never changes from that message.

Their customer service is AI generated. They blame everything on "pandemic delays." Go elsewhere.

I have been recieveing harrassing emails from this company for months. I have asked them to stop but they have not. I have been lied too by several of their colleagues. The emotional distress this has caused me is unreal. I have never shopped with them so am unsure how they got my emails

Waiting for two months, contacted them like 4 times now. They finally said my package was lost and they would reship. I waiting like 2 weeks for them to reship. Emailed again and no response. I lost my money, beware of this company. I won't order again.

Wouldn't let me cancel my order. Tried to order flowers for Mother's Day and then I found out they were fake. They told me I couldn't cancel after an hour of purchasing. I don't understand why because other companies can still cancel a purchase after an hour. From now on, I will only be purchasing from the other companies. Don't waste your money and please don't waste your time. When I contacted them, it also took them two days to get back to me. They just told me that my order was already sent to shipping and handling. I was not their first priority, therefore I will not be purchasing again.

I've placed my order over a month ago and have never received the item. I have patiently waited and coordinated with their customer service to check status of delivery, unfortunately can only provide update 10 days after the item was sent out. I just requested to return my money and they refuse to do that. I believe that this company is no more than a scam and its sole intention is to defraud customer. Will definitely report to BBB.

Consumer rights

I want to cancel an order I placed in December that I haven't received yet. They refuse the cancellation and I was not connected to someone higher up than the chat person (who is basically saying to wait and is not giving me any more information). Consumer law has rules as to what you are allowed to do when a company does not ship something (see Federal Trade Commission - Consumer Information -> Your Rights When Shopping by Phone, Mail or Online). I have filed an official complaint as they are in violation of the law and I encourage others to do the same.

Just Terrible

Ordering from this company has only promoted a feeling of daily anxiety. Almost a month has gone by and i still have not received my order/purchase. The lack of an ability to track the order only adds insult to injury. The last update was indicated on the 3rd of April. So im clueless regarding the package and its current location. Did a bit more investigating by inputting the tracking code into the USPS tracking system and it only provided a pre shipment status. Whomever is reading this post now do not and i repeat do not order through this company. The customer service is shoddy at best and hasn't provide any real answers regarding the thr location of the parcel. I will never buy anything from this company. Huge disappointment. Guess i have to wait and see if the package arrives, if it ever does. Will provide an update if i do receive it.
