Offered to come back to InfoTracer for $9.95 in a email, I was then billed $14.99. When I called customer service, I was told by Daniel that it's mysterious back channel (or something like that), to which he had to keep checking at least five times for almost a half hour, couldn't honor that email and that "there was nothing they could do." I paid the initial fee for the service and wasn't given the information that the original search claimed it would have. Then was given a list of things that would be in the "premium report". The information I was looking for was listed there. Paid the basically $10 for the premium report, only to see that the information I was looking for was not available. I feel that I just gave your company $13 for absolutely no reason. Computers did all the work, and nothing I was looking for was included in the report.

Didn't really provide me with what I was looking for. They are both through USCellular but no name attached to either one as to the person is using the IP address. I think location is surely off.
