The individual I looked up has a CLEAR PUBLIC CRIMINAL RECORD and your site states there are no arrests, no warrants, ever in his background but NYS inmate lookup shows it. I am requesting a refund due to this. It didn't even show the state he was in. I had to click the back button to go before the payment page because that's the only place his name showed up. Other than that one page, you have nothing
